You're in great hands
We make sure all our new patients feel welcome and taken care of. During your first visit, Dr. Jee will review your dental and medical history. For diagnosis, we will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth. From there, Dr. Jee will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed with cleaning at a time that is most convenient for you.
To schedule an appointment, please call our office during our regular office hours at (415) 661-1788. Additionally, you can click here to make a request online. We will be happy to assist you in finding an appointment that fits your needs.
We make every effort to stay on schedule and ask patients to be on time as well. Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that in the event you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office at least two business days in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Last minute cancellations may prevent other patients from receiving dental treatment and will incur a $25 missed appointment fee.
Teledentistry services can be provided in lieu of an in-person office visit. The following are examples of teledentistry: Asking for second opinions, submitting pictures, records and x-rays for evaluation via email or phone. Please understand that you (and/or your insurance company) may be billed $100 for such services which are provided in lieu of an in-person office visit. Requests for prescription refills and transfer of records will incur no charge.
Financial Policy and Insurance
We appreciate payment for services on the day they are provided. If you have financial conditions that prevent you from keeping your account current, we will be happy to discuss our financial options with you.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover and most dental insurance plans. Our staff will assist you in recovering your dental benefits from the insurance company, so bring your insurance information with you. Please be prepared to pay your deductible or co-payments at the time of service.
You are responsible for knowing if you or your dependents are eligible for insurance benefits when dental treatment is performed. We suggest that you check directly with your insurance carrier if you have questions or concerns about your coverage, remaining dental benefits, exclusions, or limitations prior to proceeding with recommended treatment.
